We originally used another company to do our roof and guttering, etc, which turned out to be a big mistake as things started to go wrong and when I contacted the owner to come and put it right, he ghosted me! Luckily for us, Ben and his team came to the rescue. Redid the whole job, to ensure it was done properly, at a competitive price. Everyone was professional and friendly, very knowledgeable, punctual and tidy. They even came back to fit a bit on the end of the drain pipe to stop it clogging and backing up. Above and beyond! I first came across Safeseal over 4 years ago when I had a leaking roof. Ben came out and while checking the roof he repaired the leak there and then and refused to take any payment. He handed me a very competitive price for the whole roof and completed the work exactly to date and in an impeccable manner. The other day following torrentian rain and gale force winds I noticed a problem with my downspout that had come adrift. In no time at all the Safeseal team arrived and sorted the problem out again without cost. If you have a problem with your roof feel confident that the Safeseal team will work their magic, honestly, professionally and friendly to boot!
If I could give this company 10 stars I would have. Exceptional service, very professional and polite work team. Had a full new tiled roof to front of house, flat roof to back, and new garage roof fitted The team worked non stop, very hard working, at a very competitive price.
