The team installed a 5,000m² Bauder Flex bituminous built-up system with integrated tapered insulation and a complete mansafe system. We completed all roofing zones, including the main roof, balconies, podium deck, and winter gardens, while adapting to fluctuating site timings and maintaining quality and programme performance throughout.
